This program has been developed to provide easy access to the GIS information associated with the Planning & Development, Elections, Assessor and Public Works divisions within Maricopa County.

This web site contains the following Data Acknowledgments:

1. The data are continuously being updated as we receive updates from the various County GIS divisions.
2. The County has made every reasonable effort to obtain and maintain this data as accurately as possible, however, human or mechanical error remain a possibility.

Viewer/User understands and agrees that Maricopa County, Planning and Development Department, Public Works, Assessor, and other County departments do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the data and information requested and hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility for the truth, lack of truth, validity, invalidity, accuracy, inaccuracy, errors or omissions, or for the use or results obtained from the use of any said data and information.
5. Viewer/User agrees to indemnify Maricopa County, Planning and Development Department, Public Works, Assessor, and other County departments and their officers and employees from any liability which may arise from any such data or information in its actual or altered form.
