Measuring

  1. Click the Measure button to find a distance on the map.

  2. Click on the map to define the point from which you want to measure. Your cursor will be a 'cross' shape and your point will be marked by a red dot.

  3. As you move your cursor, the distance from your dot will be shown at the top of the map.

  4. Click somewhere else on the map to create a second red dot. Each red line connected by 2 dots is a 'segment'. The distance of this segment is now shown in the 'total distance' at the top of the map.

  5. As you create more segments, the total distance of these segments is displayed.

  6. Click the Clear Selection button to erase the red distance lines from the map.
