  • Make sure the layer you are interested in is active.

    Active Layer

      Select by Rectangle

    1. Click the Select by Rectangle button.

    2. Now click and HOLD DOWN the button to drag a rectangle on the map.

    3. All features that touch the rectangle will be selected.

    4. A list of the selected features will appear at the bottom of the window.

    5. Click on the Rec number of the feature you are interested in and the map will zoom to it and highlight it.

      Select by Line or Polygon

    1. Click the Select by Line/Polygon button.

    2. A new set of buttons will appear at the bottom of the window.

    3. Click at least two points on the map for a line and at least three points for a polygon.

      Click on Map

    4. When you are finished drawing your line or polygon, click one of the Complete & Select buttons (in the new window).

    5. All features that touch the line or polygon will be selected.

    6. A list of selected features will appear at the bottom of the window.

    7. Click on the Rec Number of the feature you are interested in and the map will zoom to it and highlight it.
