The mission of the Planning and Development Department is to provide planning and development services in a safe and timely fashion to constituents of unincorporated Maricopa County so they can responsibly develop and enjoy real property.
"PlanNet" was created to help you quickly and easily locate the various GIS services, data, ordinances, and maps developed and administered by the Maricopa County Regional Development Services GIS Division and other County agencies.

"PlanNet QuickInfo" is a non-interactive tool that will allow you to search for a parcel and obtain a tabular report with a map containing information on the most commonly searched GIS layers.
